Don't Expect the Original Show

This is new. It has different characters and better graphics with the same basic story line. Yeah, it can get a little cheesy, but the characters are reasonably believable. Frustrated kid abandoned by his father trying to make it through high school with only one friend and a cabinet full of medication. The escapee and leader of a band of misfits who don't have anywhere else to go. The beautiful girl with a talent for telepathy and a dark past. The random Asian kid who might just be there for laughs and to show off some taekwondo. The mystery surrounding the absent father and the seemingly evil uncle. They mesh well and provide for some interesting interactions. The "inside man" approach has been done before, but not when you can hear the thoughts of people on the inside. Makes it a little more unpredictable. There have only been 3 episodes so far, but I'm still watching and still interested. Hopefully they keep it up.
